Question:

I don't have an email address, how can I sign up?

Answer:

If you do not have a real email address but still have access to the internet you can either go to www.gmail.com and setup a free email account or you can make one up for the process of the signup, you must however remember this email address as you'll need it log back in to the site to use the forums and event registration. We suggest you setup an email account as they are dead handy these days, you also will not receive membership renewal messages and info from us throughout the year. 


Question:

Can I pay with a Credit Card?

Answer:

Sure can! choose paypal payment and enter your card and billing details, you don't have to be a member of paypal and you don't get charged any fees. Your billing address can also be different from the address we post your tag to. We've even created an online guide so you follow that to ensure your payment and membership go through. click here


Question:

When I enter my credit card into paypal it says I'm already a member but I don't know the details.

Answer:

If you get this page up in paypal, look under the login box and there is a small link saying continue without login or something to that effect, click here and the transaction will go through.


Question:

I can't remember my password!

Answer:

There is a password retrieval option when you try to login.


Question:

I entered all this info last year why do I have to do it again?

Answer:

We've recently taken on a new membership system to manage the members and payments to make life easier for all involved. With luck it will all go well and come next year all you'll have to do is login and renew your payment and update your details where appropriate.


Question:

I signed up and paid for family membership, how do i add other family members

Answer:

When you sign up for family membership you are able to add other members to your account, to do this you need to log back in and go back to the membership application page where you should see an option to add another member to your account, you can use this button to add your other family members and choose their tshirt size etc. 

If the other family members don't have email addresses then you can just use yours and add a '1' or '2' to the end for example, that family member can then log in using that email address.

Sorry that you have to enter the address a few times, but it makes sure we send all the right tags and t-shirts



Question:

I submitted my application but have not heard anything?

Answer:

If you did not receive an email from us then ensure your email address is valid (its your login), if that is OK then check your SPAM filter to allow secretary@nswkba.com.au and info@nswkba.com.au

If you have not received your tag within a week of receiving the email that we sent you saying we've posted it then was your address correct? Did your neighbor steal it (it happens)? If you didn't get anything then email us at info@nswkba.com.au and we'll see where we're at.



Question:

I'm lost with all the membership stuff, how can i submit my membership?

Question:

I did not receive an email when I signed up.

Answer:Please check your spam folder for an emails from nswkba.com.au.  You should receive an email when you sign up from secretary@nswkba.com.au.  Please check to make sure these emails get through.
